My son has watched about every survival show you could possibly watch and he is currently reading the autobiography of Bear Grylls. He is always sharing some new interesting thing that Bear made or did to survive in the wild. So, after school today we had a cold pizza snack. When we finished my son took the box and said I'm gonna make a solar grill. And what do you cook on a solar grill, well hotdog of course. As he set it up in the back yard he put the hotdog in a plastic bag so the bugs will leave it alone. He checked the time and said I think we have about three hours of daylight left, and that should be enough time to cook it. I love that kid and his mind is always thinking of something cool.
We have continued to stay busy sharing with churches and small groups. We have met some wonderful people over the past month and we have many more meetings planned for this month. Maybe I should bring the solar grill in the car with us just in case a survival situation presents itself.
