We're Back!

We made it home safe and sound.  Tony and I felt like zombies all day yesterday and literally felt almost every minute pass while we cleaned house, did laundry and banking, and fought off the urge to sleep.  The kids were like Energizer Bunnies, running around playing with friends all day.  They didn't crash until we made them stop moving at 9 pm!  Great friends stocked our fridge with some food and even delivered home made Mexican food to us for dinner...we feel very loved! We are so excited to share all that we have learned and all that we have experienced over the last month with you all.  Thanks for sharing this first leg of our journey with us.  We plan to keep this blog open to keep you up to date on us as we continue to move forward. We hope that you will continue to follow us as we strive to follow Him!

On Our Way...

We had a great 3 weeks of training! Now we are sitting in the Heathrow airport after our first 10 hour flight. Everyone is healthy and excited to see our family and friends! Love you all!

Almost One Month

It's hard to believe that we have been away from home for almost a month.  We are in the final days of our training...it has been a very intense time of growth for all of us. The kids continue to do great...even as I write this post Delaney is running around this conference room with one of her new friends playing and laughing. It has been difficult not communicating back home much, but the opportunities have been few and far between with poor wifi connections and loaded schedules.  We just want you to know that we are all doing well.  We miss you all and love you! We look forward to sharing our adventure with you when we return home next week.

Superheroes!

I just wanted to say after watching them in action over the past 2 weeks, I've come to the conclusion that our kids are superheroes. I am so very proud of them! We leave in just a few hours for our next leg of our adventure.  We have had an absolutely wonderful journey so far.
